Dear Dave Grohl and the Foo Fighters,
You guys have touched the lives of many people., including me.My name is Keith Mccoulskey and I am from San Angelo Texas.I am 63 yrs old and I love your music and true compassion in your music.I am writing this letter in reference to my 18 yr old stepson and his 18 month old son Ezrah. Two days ago he was taken to the ER during a birthday party for my other grandson Santiago.. They did a a CT scan and found one large mass and three small ones on his liver. He was airlifted to Cooks Children Hospital in Ft Worth Texas.Yesterday he was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer on his liver and lungs. This really knocked us all to our knees. But we are a family of fighters and we are going to hit this shit full throttle all the way. I'm in no way asking for anything but I've seen in y'all's shows getting people up on stage with the band, and I think that's the greatest thing.Youre an awesome inspiration to many people. You may never see this letter from me, but if someone gets it you I just wanted to see if maybe at one of your shows you can get a small child who is suffering up on stage. An 18 month old boy is way too young to suffer from this horrible disease disease. Its bands like the Foo Fighters who go out there and give it all 100% that inspires people like me.Ezrah is an innocent child who doesn't deserve this. Our hearts are broken right now, but I can think of nothing else in this world is the greatest therapy, and that's the music that brings us all the gifts of memories we can treasure. We all have songs that take us to a place we were and never will be again.I hope this letter reaches you and this little boy touches your heart.I want to thank each and every one of you guys for the therapy you have provided us with through your great music.Thankyou from the bottom of my heart
Keep Rocking.
Your friend,
Keith
