dear brian

behold a french yin yang
and i would die without fear
in her honor
or in her heart
if that were her single need
submission to my own skull crushed in shards
would be her sadness murdered
the darkness conceals her identity
gold and light and divine
the blood is her suffering
as deep as the expanse
to the realm of lucifer
swagger berates the cruel as it tempts
It is a dirty word that contaminates her in my mouth
filth unclean
not the heights of her true nature or spiritual plane
the b to the e to the a to the u to the t to the i to the f to the u to the l
i love her
i live in sacrifice to her innocence
i need her
i wait for her forever in pain and silence

love elizabeth

the following is an excerpt from chapter 1 of the Tao Te Ching by Lao Tzu

Always without desire we must be found,

If its deep mystery we would sound;

But if desire always within us be,

Its outer fringe is all that we shall see.

Under these two aspects, it is really the same; but as development takes place, it receives the different names.

Together we call them the Mystery.

Where the Mystery is the deepest is the gate of all that is subtle and wonderful.

The highest goodness resembles water
