My partner has always been a huge fan of yours and has been to all your uk concerts, a few years ago she was diagnosed with A.S analysing spondylitis.
Eventually she will be wheelchair bound, but that doesn't stop her from living a normal life, we met a few years ago and our love grew, we're to be married in July this year. But before that we'll be at your UK concert in London this June all being well with the covid situation. And was hoping that maybe you could maybe send her a message, letter or even a mention at the concert in London this June?? I know that it will make her so happy. I have read about your time facing drug addiction and alcohol. I know it is hard to quit, but it is the best for you and your family. I just turned 18 and suprisingly being so young, I am completely aware of what addiction is and how it affects EVERYONE in the family. My father has always been an alcoholic. Once my mom got sick, and passed his drinking just got worse. He has been in and out of rehab about 6 times in the past 3 years, and was even on house arrest for about 6 months. I tried real hard to help him, even visited him every time he went to rehab. He just couldn't quit. It came to the point where he kept losing every job, and then couldn't afford to pay the bills. I was forced to move out, and in with my grandmother because he just wasn't stable and couldn't afford to care for himself, or me. He passed away this past July from alcohol withdrawls, and from chronic alcoholism. It just isn't worth your health or the stress put on your family and friends. I am a huge fan, and your music inspires me. Just thought I'd tell my story so you know your not alone and your family and fans support you 100%.

My name is Joe Smith, I am from New Hampshire and I am a senior in high school. I have been I a die heart Green Day fan for about eight years. My very first album was American Idiot and ever since then, I have fallen in love with the music. I think Jesus of Suburbia is an absolute masterpiece. American Idiot still remains as my favorite album of all time. That being said, I am extremely disappointed the show scheduled in Manchester, NH was cancelled. I know things are hard for you right now but please pull through for all the fans like me out there. Green Day is my favorite band. The first song I learned on guitar was Good Riddance and after I started a band in my sophomore year in high school, one of our first songs was When I Come Around. In the past couple years I saw bands I loved like The Offspring, Sum 41, Puddle of Mudd and Blink 182 but I thought none would compare to being in the pit at a Green Day Concert. Please be aware that there are a lot of fans such as myself who are let down about the cancellations of shows. Stay strong in these hard times and try to pull of a show nearby for the fans like me.
