To Simon Cowell

Simon Cowell -

Hi Simon My name is Robert Tate my wife and I are both ex service. In 2009 I wrote my very first Poem (In March 1914 I was only 14) it's about a young boy like many who joined under aged. Since 2009 I've written nearly 300 relating to WW1 I would like to send you just a couple for you to read. (Wear a Poppy with Pride)(The unknown Soldier)(Whispers from above)(One day I might be found)(At last I might be found)
(In Flanders or the Some a Poppy grows)
My Father served in the Great War 62602 Gunner William Tate 36th Ulster Division my wife and I have been visiting the Western Front for the last 30 years. I leave my Poems in the cemeteries around Belgium and France for visitors to read.
I would love you to read one of them and get back
to with your comments

Regards Pauline and Bob Tate
