I'm not sure why I'm writing this second letter to you. I was doing my dish washer tonight and thinking whatever happened to my 5 page letter I mailed you. I mailed you a letter before Christmas 2012 regarding my daughter Christina. I sent the letter to Madison Square Gardens in NewYork City prior to Justin Bieber's Believe concert December 1st 2012. We tracked the letter online by Canada Post. Someone else signed for it named SMELENDEZ, we dont know who that is. I'm writing this letter May 2013. I live in Whitby Ontario 1 hour from Statford Ontario were Justin Bieber grew up. I cant write anymore letter's as i dont write letters anymore, I dont text or use Computer even. I only use my phone to call people with my blackberry. My daughter 18 Christina wants to add a note to you on my letter.

I'm Christina, Howard Robb's daughter. I'll cont' the letter with my dad after I finish my note to you. Here's my note now hahaha. How I got into Justin Bieber's music was when I was watching music video's on tv I think the music videos was on much music and I saw a young cute boy who's the same age as me named Justin Bieber with his smash hit video OneTime and I kept hearing his hit around places and I started to really like him then he became a major inspiration to me. I had tickets to his 2 shows in Toronto when we both were about 16, 17 yrs old me and Justin, but I couldnt make it to Justin's both show's do to a mental illness I have plus I have the rarest heart condition called Ebstien Anomaly. I have to get follow ups at Sick Kids but now it's Toronto General Hospital but My heart is doing okay but I'm under hospital care and cardiogist the major thing that bothers me is my mental illness. I was trying to get Justin Bieber tickets to his believe concert for December that just passed but he was sold out and we tried other ways to get tickets but it didnt work but I'll never give up on loving Justin Bieber though. We were going to get tickets to his July Concert but tickets were sold out in 1 hour. It has been a hard year for me in 2012 as 3 but 2 that I really knew died in a house fire last April 2012 and then I heard that Justin's major fan died of cancer Avalanna Routh so it's been a year of deaths that year that just past and another friend I went to school with died while jay walking in a bad snow storm here in Whitby, On on Feb 8th so It's been a hard time on me. I was wondering if you can give me and my parents 3 tickets to Justin's show in July in Toronto plus a meet and greet?? that'll make my dream come true. I'm finishing my part of the letter as Christina's dad so Scooter, I'm hoping you get the letter at your record company. This would be a great highlight of Christina's life to see the concert and meet Justin Bieber. My life is always busy these days, my wife Jackie has health issues and I suffer from anxiety.Everyday there is so much work to do, I have to take our dog out 4 times a day, Taking care of my wife Jackie and taking care of my daughter, she takes medication morning and night. She goes to our local hospital once a week to see her psychiatrist. At night I have to do the dish washer then I have to do laundry. Usually by 11:30 at night I get some time to listen to Justin's first album My World, my favourite song by him is runaway love and I'm also into Kelly Clarkson these days and as always I try to listen to one track of Barry Manilow per day. To end My wife Jackie and i spent 1 hour alone with Barry Manilow in July 1985, if you want to see the picture of Manilow and Jackie and I go to facebook and push up my name Howard Robb.
