My name is kenithia colquitt I'm writing to you not because I'm a fan but because im in need of your help im from a small towm down in the south part of Georgia im 44 year's old i have a 15 year old son with cerebral palsy and autism he is in a wheelchair has never walked i also habe a 17 year old daughter i raised from a 2 1/2 month old baby i habe been mom for 17 year's my husband and i have been married 14 year's on yesterday we lost our home in october 2019 im fighting type 1 diabetes and my husband is fighting type 2 i was diagnosed with type 2 almpst 2 years ago i found out this year 2020 im a type one my pancreas is barely producing insulin the insulin pump is being considered due to losing our home in October we have been living with his mom in a two bedroom apartment sleeping 2 to a room please help me and my family with a home of our own we need help please with a van for our son with a ramp for his wheelchair i have reached out to so many and no response im praying that this letter gets to ypu
