Dear Mr. Hayward,
My name is Matt. I would like to say that you're one of favorite guitarists of today, you're one of the few people to make me pick up a guitar, along with Tom Verlaine & Nick Valensi. I would like to thank you for the influence of buying your group's album, "Primary Colours." I use to pirate music, I didn't buy the album, I got it from a friend. Later when I was trying to find your band's interviews on youtube, I came across the interview of you and Rhys explaining why it hurts a lot of people when people don't buy a piece of music. As soon as I heard your reasons why you're against these people, I corrected my errors and bought the album on Amazon that same minute. I would like to apologize for my old habits, but I'd also like to thank you for making me realize that I should respect every piece of music that is made by the artist, engineer, producer, and everyone else. In all honesty, it's the safest way to get music. Please keep making records, I will certainly keep buying them when I get the money.
Your loyal and respected fan,
Matt
