Listening to your music has made me realize lots of things going on in our everyday. society.Your music makes me a better artist than I am. You are a saviour to Rap music, I don't think people understand you as much as me but I don't care. Your lyrics are amazing and full of empowerment, that's what makes me fall in love with your songs & no im not just an average fan, your songs just about literally saved my life. They kept me from potentially becoming victim to the society WE live in. I sing & rap too but that's not important, I just want to let you know that yes, your music has a positive effect & yes, it is changing lifes. That's why im spreading your lyrics to others so they'll understand you like me. Things happen, people mess up but because of you, I know im not alone. Dear Mr. Lamar,
I didn't want to sound rude and say your first name but I know you may get a lot of fan mail and you hear this all the time but I am just in love with your music and you as an artist. Your music has gotten me through some rough times, I swear. What I mean is (and no lie) I just recently had an abortion in March and planned on going to your concert in my hometown STL but I didn't have the money:/ I'm sorry, this is not any weight I should put on you and I'm not looking for sympathy, I just wanted you to know that in my age group of many young black females they have the willingness to become a mother. I don't. It makes me feel pitiful at times and I have fallen into depression. I just turned 18 last Wednesday and graduate this Sunday. It's hard keeping it all in but I have to because I have so much going on. I just lay down and vibe to Sherane and Keisha's Song. I admire your talents and hope you realize that fans like me appreciate the meaning behind your lyrics. I can't thank you enough.
