Hey mark!
My name is Alina from Virginia. I first heard of Foster the People way back when pumped up kicks was a free song on itunes. I have been a huge fan ever since. Torches is an amazing album and i cannot wait to hear more music by Foster the People. Your music helps me escape the stress of life and i'm not sure what i would do without it. I'm really looking forward to the new album and really hope to see you on tour next year. It would be awesome if you came to Virginia or even Washington D.C. . It's been a dream of mine to meet you guys one day. My favorite song by you is a tie between Houdini, Broken Jaw, and Ruby. All your music has a great meaning unlike most of the music that is popular today. You Ponsi ,Cubbie ,Sean ,and Isom are my role models and i love you guys soooo much!! Hope to see you guys in concert someday.

My friend brought me to the Foster the People concert at the Greek Thetre a few months ago. The momment you started singing I was starstruck, it was an amazing feeling. :) afterward i watched all your videos and bought the whole album. haha You have such a sarcastic amazing personality, sing like an angel and youre HOT!! haha I hope to meet you in person one day and I hope your 2nd album is as incredible as Torches. come back to SF soon we love & miss you!

Dear Mark, I don't know why I'm doing this, but I just wanted to let you know that I think you're really interesting. I usually don't watch interviews or anything of bands I like because I'm scared that if they're a douche or something I'll lose taste for their awesome music.
