Hey Mark! I'm probably your biggest fan as regards to music. I first heard of you and Foster the People in August of 2011. You are one biggest influences in my music career and you've inspired me to really think outside the box. I really enjoy hearing all your life lessons and your personal stories. I really want to think you for being a great role model. You've overcame adversity, which is something I know a lot of people struggle with. You also taught me to be myself around others and I learned so much as far as performing from watching many of your live performances. I had two chances to see you live, but unfortunately missed out on both of them which was a extreme disappointment. Overall, I know that you will continue to change the world through your message conveyed in your music. Keep at it, never quit.
Your fan,
Dominick

Dear Mark Foster,

Well lets just say that I'm a HUGE fan. My name I Morgan. I'm eleven years old ( almost twelve! ) and I have loved your music since I heard pumped up kicks in 2011. I still love it. I would love to meet you but sadly I live in Missouri. Any way you really need to make a really good song like Houdini or Pumped up kicks and have it on the radio because in 2011 EVERYONE knew who foster the people were but know its like foster the who? so yeah please make another song! and just want to say that you inspire me to write music and keep doing what I love, so just want to say thanks! I don't want to make this to long so im just want to wrap this up and say good luck and keep doing what you do!
p.s. hey can you be my friend?

Hey Mark, Mark, and Cubbie

Today I destroyed my toe on a door at school and I was very sad. I was told I needed to go home but because I'm not a wimp I said I would stay. Later on, I discovered that my entire toenail had been removed. At that point I decided it was best to go home to avoid further damage. I am now sitting in my living room icing my toe which is in tremendous pain. Thankfully, I have Pandora. Houdini began to play and I almost jumped out of my chair with joy, but my toe went against this action. Anyways, just wanted to let you know that your music is so fantastically remarkable that even a mangled toe can't keep me from dancing to it.

Love you guys!!! Also watch your toes when opening a door!!!

Hey Mark !
My name is Madison, I am 17 years old and I am a French girl then I apologize for the faults. It´s the best way which I found to say to you thank you. Thank you for these moments of enjoyments which you bring me. Your music comforts me when I am sad. It restores me the hope when I lost it. It fills the silence when I am alone. You are really fabulous. Continue to make dream about thousands of people and especially don't change. We love you as you are.
Come back fast in France with your new album. We miss you !
Affectionatly, your biggest fan :-)
Encore Merci, j'espère avoir le privilège de vous rencontrer un jour...

Hi! I just wanted to say thank you.
See, I've battled with depression since a very young age and it took such a long time to even want to get better. When I heard the song "Ruby," I fell in love with it.
During my recovery process, the line "I know you're tired but you gotta get out of bed" stuck with me. I found myself repeating it every time I wanted to give up and fall back into my depression and it worked. I just wanted to let you know I think you saved me. Thank you.
