I'm writing to you because this past week has been hell for me and my fiancé. We had to have an emergency c-section on the 19th. Our soon was born 5 weeks early and has been in the newborn intensive care unit at children's hospital this past week. We have both been just an emotional wreck this is by far the toughest thing we have had to go through. It was until yesterday when I first heard your new single "carry on" that I finally started to feel a little better about our son. I pray every day for him and my fiancé to come home, it kills me to have to be away from them. So every time I'm an emotional wreck and seem like I can't go on I listen to your music. So I just want to thank you for helping me get through the hardest times of my life. Thank you again and god bless.

Dear members of the band Fun!
I am writing to you all with a very thankful heart, and I wanted you all to know how thankful I am for your music. I am a 37 year old mother of three teenagers, but I hope you won't hold that against me!
I have a 15 year old daughter whom has had a very rough three years, as she struggles with depression. Two years ago she attempted suicide,and it was the worst moment of our lives. It has been a very tough road for her to recover and heal, but she is now doing great and looking forward to the life ahead of her! I am so proud of her.
She is the one whom introduced me your music, and I have to say I absolutely love you guys! Listening to your music has been a big part of our healing as a family. I know that when she feel,s down, I can put on your music, and we all dance like crazy people in our little kitchen in the middle of nowhere! (There is apparently something our kids find hilarious in seeing their poor old dad and mother dance to the song "We are Young" while complaining about our back pain!-but laughter really is the best medicine)
You song "Carry On" has become a theme song of sort,s. A reminder that when the day is rough we sometimes just have to put one foot in front of the other and carry on with it.
I can't express how greatful I am that your music has allowed us to connect to each other and get through the last few years.
We are all looking forward to listening to your new songs, and your music will always be a part of us.
