I don't even know where to start. First of all, you are the best singer I have ever heard (and I think I speak for a lot of people.) Your music inspires me in many ways, whether it's songs like Survival which motivates me to run faster, or others where I can hear the soul in your songs that make me happy on a rough day. Since I'm still a kid and have strict parents, I can't go to you concerts, which makes me more sad than you may think. I hope by the time I'm older and have the opportunity, you're still performing so I can experience what I've always wanted to. Never stop making music. I don't care if you are 60 and still making the Billboard, just keep doing what you are doing and have fun with it :P These are my personal thoughts and feelings, but no doubt others look up to you the same way I do.

hey matt, i am just wanting to write you this letter to let you know that you are such an amazing singer and when you play guitar it is so amazing! i love watching your live performances! i have listened to nearly every album ever to be done by muse. my boyfriend, adam, has recently been to see you perform and he held your hand at one point! he is a huge fan and loves you to piece's, as you know it is coming up to Christmas, i really wanted to do something special for him! i wanted to get a video of yo saying merry Christmas to him and to then buy him tickets to your next concerts but i know i probably wont be able to do the video thing! if you are able to contact me in any way and are aloud to do that! it would make his life!!!! but i would just like to say you are amazing and so is your band and music! keep up the amazing work! your fans are always there supporting you and behind you! :) sophie xoxox

I was wondering something, since you always break your guitars on stage...
Well, I'm a young aspiring singer/songwriter who plays guitar and piano. I've only been using an acoustic guitar but I really, really want an electric. I was wondering if it would be possible for you to send me one that you would break in the future? Ill pay, I'm willing to pay. And if you really want, I'll play it to death. So instead of it going to waste, a fan could have it instead? Haha, I really don't expect you to send me one, and I don't even expect you to read this. Hi Matt, just wanted to say thank you for your wonderful music. The music is the only thing that keeps me going in school. I should explain a little more. At my school, everyone is all ghetto, and I'm not really, so they all make fun of me and say mean things about me, sometimes even in front of someone I "like" and the only way I get myself up to get ready for school the next day is by listening to you. Again, thanks for the music.
