Dear Beyonce`,
My name is......I'm 62 years old and I live in Houston, Texas. A little about my story. Early one morning, around 7:00 a.m. I was sitting in my living room looking out the window and saw fellow senior citizens walking down my street for exercise holding sticks to ward off animals. This was in 2018. I did'nt think much of it at that time, however, a couple of weeks later I was at my sister's house where there was friends and family there and we all were 55+ years old. My sister was playing hip hop and old school rap
music. Mostly, everyone was dancing and singing to this music and was having fun doing so. At that moment a light bulb came on in my head as I thought about the seniors walking and the seniors dancing to music. I thought about how if the walkers had a place of their very own place to exercise inside of a building by dancing free style to music, this would be wonderful for the community. I decided to try to start a business of free style dance in the community in late 2018. I filed for a dba calling the dance company "..................." meaning rap and exercise. Shortly afterwards COVID came into play and the dream seemed to die quickly. Now that the community has opened back up, I still have this dream of having the dance company and to offer amenities at an affordable rate. My problem is that I do not have the finances to fulfill this dream. I had worked for almost 20 years in apartment management. I took off 10 years to care for my ailing dad who passed away December 2015. My passion has always been to cater the seniors and their needs. I returned back to property management in 2016 but my time in the business had run it's course. I am retired now but still think about how now I'm a senior and how much I would enjoy participating in such a place. I am asking you for your thoughts and assistance in helping me bring this to life. Thank you so much for having a way for me to send you this letter. I look forward to hearing from you or your staff members.
Grateful to know you,
The Loveable Senior Citizen

Hi Beyonce,

I am a 38 year old single mother who loves your music. I also love your clothing line but cannot find anything in it that suits my lifestyle. I am modest by choice so i dont wear tight fitting clothing or pants. I have found athletic wear that i can wear but nothing in your collection. I was just wondering if you could make a line for us modest athletic women who want to be comfortable in our clothes without showing to much. Thanks

Dear Beyonce,

I hope you are having a lovely day. I am writing you because I had a dream that you backed my film last night. I realize it is just a dream. Well my film is called The Bastard Son. I wrote the script in dedication to my brother, Dennic Plunkett who passed away June 5th 2021. I am the oldest of four children. We are all unwanted illegitimated kids of our fathers, so I wrote a fictional screenplay using our true childhood as our base. It has a bit of controversial subjects and I know it is something my brother would have appreciated because it will shine a light on things that once kids like us had to endure growing up. We all wished we had a hero such as The Bastard Son, to protect us and avenge us, but unfortunately no one came to the rescue. In the end We had to rescue ourselves. So this is why I am writing you. I would love for you to some how shout out The Bastard Son film. Oh I almost forgot. Here is what my movie is about. A Fatherless man from the wrong side of town. He is conceived by a teenager who was a victim of rape. Unable to reap the benefits of a functional family nor education, he turns to a life of crime to help his family level the playing field of life. His life takes an even dark turn when his younger sister is attacked and left for dead in the gutter. He becomes blinded by rage as he tracks down her attackers and crumbles them to a bloody oblivion in the name of family vengeance. The first Trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kSws0vg5Was&t=3s
I hope you consider this specific shout out.

Sincerely,

Michele Plunkett

Dear Mrs Beyonće Knowles,
I wanted to thank you for the song, 'If I were a boy'.
It hits home with inequality in work.
What if a single mom loved her family more than anything and loved her job and she finds out that men who work less got paid more, at almost every job she works. She goes home and cares for her children and without a second income she can't afford to live in a better place. She's a single mom renting a 1 bedroom apartment and sleeps in the corner of the living room, which is an upgrade because when she was pregnant she lived in her car.
Could you please do this song a new perspective and place women in the reality that is we don't care to feel like a boy. Women want to be paid like them. Sometimes we are single all of our lives . Sometimes our independence scares the boys away. How do we break the cycle of breaking? What is the balance between a single independent parent and Everything else?
I'm so tired of everything being "destroyed".(Income, Rent lease, Credit, Car maintenance, my health and teeth, quality of food, my clothes or gluing my shoes again...ect).

Sincerely,
Karli
